With the shirt, as it was not something the tailor could fix, I had to send it back for an exchange. Have changed my review from 1 to 3. Have been chatting with the team and received the fabric samples, albeit late. They were quite good, something I’ll be honest about. I’ve put through an order for a suit just to trail it out and will update this pending the quality of the product.

The Swiss ombudsman (where Hockerty are based), after review and investigation agreed hockerty were at fault. After arbitration with my credit card company a refund was finally provided. A lot of work on my part to get my money back from a disgraceful business. Avoid these cheap, nasty suits and disgraceful company with terrible customer service.
